What do you really want to be known for?
Hint: Maybe, it starts with trusting who you really want to become.
Over the last few days, we’ve been talking about what it means to move into a new chapter.
The uncertainty.
The restlessness.
The quiet pull to evolve into something more aligned.
But underneath all of that is something even deeper:
The desire to be seen.
To be noticed.
To be known—for something that actually reflects who you are.
Not famous.
Not viral.
Just known.
For your work. Your values. Your voice.
Let me ask you something:
What do Apple, Nike, and Amazon have in common?
You know who they are.
You know what they stand for.
They’ve built brands that are consistent, clear, and unforgettable.
Now think about Adele. LeBron. Taylor Swift.
You don’t just recognize their names—you know what they represent. They’ve built identities around who they are and what they care about.
But here’s the truth:
You don’t need to be a celebrity.
You don’t need a million followers.
And you definitely don’t need a billion-dollar business.
You just need to be known—for something.
And for a lot of people, that’s where the tension lives.
Maybe that’s where you are now.
Maybe you’re feeling the need to pivot…
Or reinvent…
Or finally step into something that feels more true.
Because for a lot of people I’ve worked with—especially creatives—it’s not just about getting seen.
It’s about shifting into something that feels different. Something that feels more authentic.
I have coached artists and professionals who built decades-long careers in the business world… and then realized they had something else to say.
Something they could only express through art, writing, photography, film or music.
They weren’t starting from scratch.
They were evolving.
And creativity became the new language they wanted to speak.
For others, it’s about finally stepping out from behind the scenes.
They’ve spent years supporting other people’s visions—
doing great work, but quietly.
They’ve been successful. Respected. Even admired.
But now… something doesn’t fit.
They’ve outgrown the role they once played, and they’re ready to be seen for who they’ve become.
And then there are others who didn’t plan for change—but it showed up anyway.
Layoffs. Downsizing. Restructuring.
Entire departments disappearing overnight.
What once felt stable… isn’t anymore.
Nothing feels certain these days.
And in the wake of all that, they’re left asking: What now?
They know they want more than just another job title.
They want to build something that actually matters to them.
Something with meaning, alignment, and impact.
And maybe… that’s you, too.
If any part of this feels familiar, don’t worry.
You’re not too late.
You’re not behind.
And you definitely don’t need to blow everything up to move forward.
You just need a new direction—one that feels like you.
